This is no ordinary 24 inch road bike. Conceived in a velodrome the Giordano Series One single speed track bike is fast. The Series One is equipped with a high quality chromoly frame that is not only strong but light. Equally at home on the track or on the road, there are no derailleurs so there's no more worrying about adjustments to temperamental components. Instead, the Giordano Series One is outfitted with a flip flop hub so you can run it as a fixed gear or in standard freewheel single speed mode. The 32 hole alloy double wall wheels roll 24 x 1 inch tires that are capable of withstanding less than perfect roads. Front and rear alloy side pull brakes round out this spectacular bike. The Series One is equipped with 2 sets of handle bars (one set has brakes attached and the other does not) and two sets of pedals (one alloy set and the other is a resin platform style) for the ultimate in versatility without having to spend extra money.
